The one-year cooperation with the Prince Albert music band and several performances with them as a VJ brought me to create an audio-visual show with the standout set design and realtime generative visuals. The show's main goal was to immerse the audience into the atmosphere created by the visual accompaniment of the music. In this regard, the set design and the dynamic visuals were created in the minimalistic but yet expressive style. Minimalism and the simplicity of forms became the ground for the concept of the set and the visuals. The construction in the shape of a Cube was netted with mesh for projection mapping. The musicians performed inside of the Cube and were isolated from the audience.
With the help of light equipment and video-mapping achieves an effect of compounding performers figures and video graphics, blending of the material, and digital meanings of artistic expression. The space of the stage becomes an audio-visual installation with performers and audio-reactive realtime generative graphics. The piece explores the idea of immersion into the space of virtual forms, where the musicians experience the roles of the performers, but also live through the feeling of being isolated and surrounded by the digital world.
